It all started when…

I was very young. Early on I noticed something was off when I could not fall asleep because design and art were a constant on my brain keeping me awake. Ideas that did not seem to leave my mind until brought to fruition. This resulted into late night sketches, little did I know those sketches would grow into something far larger than I could have ever imagined. From the beginning I found myself working with the mediums of drawing and watercolor. Early on I found my inspiration within nature. As an artist I find that I get bored with a medium and decide to explore another after a period of time. I simply began to get frustrated with creating work that was always flat in nature. My love for texture made me ask myself “why couldn’t I make my work textured and tactile?”
